Happy Earth Association was established under Announcement Decision No. 1574 dated 22/05/2026, issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labour in the Syrian Arab Republic. Its headquarters is located in Al-Hasakah Governorate, while its work extends across the entire Syrian Arab Republic.
The Association works in the fields of health, education, empowerment, development, and housing, aiming to improve the quality of life of the most vulnerable groups through primary healthcare services, support for education and literacy, vocational empowerment and capacity building, support for small projects, and contributing to job opportunities for low-income families — advancing sustainable development and community solidarity.
